Are you planning to fail? Dear Reader, “He who fails to plan is planning to fail.” My namesake, Winston Churchill called it, all right. And it strikes me that trying to succeed in the writing world-or mastering of English per se- is a lot like running a war: Lots of moving parts, struggling to outmaneuver the enemy – that is, the writing task – and often without an end in sight. But, as Winston Churchill ( an accomplished writer himself) would tell you, winning the war depends on how well you plan for it. So let me ask you: Do you have a plan for success as a writer: for work, school, business, or hobby? If you don’t – if you think you just might lose the war – please read on. I’m Winston Mwale, a social entrepreneurial award-winning journalist (My credentials: over 5 Namisa Media Awards; 2015 SADC Radio Journalist of the Year-you just have to Google it!), and I’m about to tell you how writers in different contexts ride into battle of writing with confidence every single day. It all starts with a plan-and mastery of whatever subject you want to purse.! At Frontline Media( registered in Malawi in accordance with the provision of the Business Registration Act (No. 12 of 2012) under Index Number MBRS1001822.), we’re firm believers in Winston Churchill’s wisdom. At Frontline Media, we hate to see people fail to achieve their human potential because they are not good at writing, and are trying to succeed through guesswork, random good luck or even the strategies that used to work way back in the 20th century-or never worked at all. That’s why we’ve designed, developed and launched the various online course. Our courses are focused on shaping your future, and is based on all of that experience, the data, the best practices and the benchmarks of our team of writers and journalists that come with it. (The courses are developed and run by practising writers and journalists-people who practice what they preach). Of course you could try to study any other course in your own way for success. But you wouldn’t have the bulletproof concepts we've put into our courses. You wouldn’t have the experience we’ve developed with the help of our team of course developers over all these years. You would, in short, be starting from scratch. And that, of course, is not only more costly, it’s also far more risky.
