Imamia medics international (IMI) is a global NGO, with its registered office in NJ, USA.It comprises of health professionals from across the world.Its main objective is to serve the mankind through humanitarian acts, health and education. The IMI Academic Council is overall in charge of all the academic activities. At present its chair is Professor Arshad Qayuumi, who is a Professor of Cardiology at Emory, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Educators
IMI comprises of a vast number of doctors, dentists, nurses, paramedics, health care assistants, pharmacists, psychologists , and volunteers, involved in teaching and learning in approximately 20 countries. Many of its members are professors and top clinicians in Ivy League universities and finest university hospitals and surgeries, in US,UK, Ireland, Iraq, Iran, India, Pakistan, Newzealand , Tanzania , South Africa etc. They wish to disseminate their knowledge and skills to any and every one related to health care, moral philosophy, educational enhancement programs etc as a humble service to mankind. The IMI Academic Council is also responsible for publishing its journal called The Journal of Imamia Medics International - JIMI.
