A Senior Lecturer @ Chef Instructor at Culinary Arts and Gastronomy Department, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, UiTM teaching practical cookery courses particularly Food Styling and Asian Cuisine. Resource Person for theoretical courses such as Gastronomic Entrepreneurial Business Operation and Food Retailing Management and Technology. Started my career in this field at the early age of eighteen has nurtured my love and passion on food matters. These had taken me to some country UK, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand to name a few. And of course this has also took me to appreciate visual arts – food presentation, that where I took up photography as a hobby.
